Jewels will be shipped within 5 business days.
For domestic shipping within Australia we use Australia Post Express Post service which includes tracking and full insurance for an additional $18.00 AUD.
For international shipping there are two options available at checkout:
1. Australia Post Standard International Shipping – with tracking and signature required. This is $25 AUD flat rate worldwide. With this option we do not accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged once they have been posted.
2. Insured shipping with tracking and signature. This is a $50 AUD flat rate and this means that we have taken every step we can to ensure that your unique, one off piece arrives to you safely.
We can also provide a quote for International Express Shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lay-by is available on any item through prior arrangement. There is a minimum 20% non-refundable first payment on all items. We will invoice you via our agreed payment method (PayPal, direct deposit, cheque, money order etc), and payments will be invoiced to you weekly or fortnightly until the item is fully paid. The item will then be shipped to you. If you are more than two days late with a payment the item will go back on sale and you will be refunded everything except the 20% non-refundable value of the piece. All layaway sales are final. No returns. By paying the first payment you agree to these terms.
Currency exchange rates from Australian Dollars AUD provided by the Currency Converter (Web-Stat) widget available in the SHOP is intended as a guide only and currency rates can vary. Any quotes or the use of the currency converter in the shop does not represent currency conversion fees payable at checkout or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution. Generally these fees are an additional 3-4% currency conversion fee.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order and for legal reasons (such as paying taxes), and to send you our newsletter with information about events and special exhibitions which you will be able to unsubscribe from should you wish.
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. Beyond this period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which we sent it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. If damage has occurred during transit or details are shown incorrectly on the tracking information, please contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive the item or are refunded.
